EAA Film Adhesive
F105
Description
Spiderbond F105 film adhesive is a film form hot melt adhesive produced based on synthetic copolymer. Film adhesives handle like a fabric facilitating both intermittent and continuous processes. This film is available in a range of thickness from 25 to 200 micron.
F105 film adhesive is based upon high performance EAA polymer and synthetic copolymer. This product offer good adhesion to a wide variety of textiles, foams, paper, leather, polymer, plastic and metal such as aluminium materials, etc.
Advantages
VOC free adhesive in easy handle film form.
Strong bonding strength to metal and plastic materials.
Good wash resistance.
Material properties:
Property | Detail or Method | Specification |
Appearance | By eye | Translucent film |
Base | Synthetic Copolymer | |
Thickness | micron | 25-200, tolerance ±10% |
Width | mm | 3000max |
Melting range | DSC, °C, GB/T 19466.3 | 95-110 |
Density | g/cm³, GB/T13354-1992 | 0.97 |
Packaging:
F105 film adhesives are sold in roll form, pack in carton.
For further packaging details please contact our salesperson.
Shelf Life:
F105 should be shipped and stored at temperatures below 50°C. The shelf life of F105 is one year since production date under original pack conditions.
Directions for Using:
F105 can be activated with any of the following techniques: electric fusing press, heated rolls, heated air, radiant heat, or steam press. Dry heat activation recommend above 130°C.
Reactivation time is dependent upon technique, temperature, pressure, substrates, and adhesive thickness, but would typically be in a pressure of 2.0-3.0 kg/cm² or higher to the adherend, and maintain the pressure for 10~20 seconds to complete the bonding.
The surface of the adherend should be as clean and dry as possible, free of solvents and grease. Lower adherent surface temperatures or ambient temperatures will cause early adhesive coagulation, reducing open time and even causing adhesive shedding. Preheat the adherend if necessary.
Health & Safety Precautions
The Safety Data Sheet should be consulted for proper handling, clean up and spill containment before use. Keep containers covered to minimize contamination.
Our Service:
1. Samples send to you free of charge.
2. Delivery on time, quality according to customer request.
3. OEM, ODM is welcome.
4. Support small wholesale, retails, Any inquires will be replied within 24 hours.
